Andrej Zele

Founder • Director • CTIO • NED

Andrej is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur and strategic advisor working across AI, Cyber, Technology, inclusive design partnerships, and sustainable tourism.

His portfolio of works spans three interconnected pillars:
• Fractional & Virtual CTIO Services — empowering businesses to navigate complex challenges in AI, cyber, and digital transformation.
• Strategic Property & Design Collaborations — partnering with inclusive design leaders to support the creation of accessible, equitable, and human-centred environments.
• Housing & Tourism Ventures — blending a passion for housing advocacy and tourism through sustainable, nature-based stays and community involvement, including a Chair role with a Tenants & Leaseholders Association.

With a background in senior technology leadership, Andrej helps organisations scale, adapt, and innovate through flexible, high-impact CTIO engagements — without the constraints of a full-time executive role. Sectors: Telecoms, Government, Financial Services and Law enforcement.

In parallel, his tourism venture — Red Beech Cabin, located in Slovenia’s Triglav National Park — offers guests a mindful escape into nature, reflecting his values of authenticity, sustainability, and simplicity.
